OUR TEAM

FiGi Corp was founded by Anna and Matteo—lifelong partners in business and in life. Together, they bring a shared vision, complementary strengths, and decades of experience across real estate, operations, and leadership development.

Their partnership is built on trust, entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to creating enduring value for the families, communities, and businesses they serve.

Their belief in giving back and nurturing the next generation of builders is central to who they are. In 2021, Anna and Matteo launched the Anna Giampà and Matteo Fiorilli Endowment Fund at the John Molson School of Business to support students in Entrepreneurship—an expression of their passion for education, opportunity, and multigenerational impact.

At FiGi Corp, the values that define their life together—purpose, integrity, and stewardship—guide every decision and every relationship, shaping a business built to last.

matteo@figicorp.com, LinkedIn

Matteo Fiorilli brings deep executional insight at the intersection of industrialized construction, real estate development, and systems-driven leadership. An entrepreneur and executive with close to three decades of experience, Matteo helps FiGi clients translate complexity into buildable, financeable, and scalable outcomes.

As Founder, Chairman, and CEO of MODS Inc. (Modular Optimized Dwelling Systems), Matteo has led the structuring and delivery of complex multi-residential and mixed-use developments across Québec and other jurisdictions. He has worked closely with municipalities, institutional partners, and Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) programs to align development strategy with regulatory, financing, and public-policy objectives. His experience includes overseeing Le Bleau Condos in Laval, a large-scale residential project designed to accelerate housing supply while maintaining quality, certainty, and delivery discipline.

Matteo brings a manufacturing-first mindset to the built environment, informed by automotive and aerospace disciplines such as precision engineering, tolerance management, quality management, configuration control, and process repeatability. He advises FiGi clients on how to integrate digital delivery platforms that connect design, manufacturing, and construction—reducing risk, improving predictability, and enhancing lifecycle performance.

Beyond development and construction, Matteo’s background in health optimization, naturopathy, and high-performance coaching informs his systems-based leadership approach. He supports founders, executives, and ownership groups in building resilience, making high-stakes decisions under pressure, and sustaining long-term operational effectiveness.

Within FiGi, Matteo contributes a pragmatic, execution-driven perspective, particularly valuable to enterprising families and operating businesses navigating growth, transformation, or capital-intensive projects. His work is grounded in disciplined delivery, cross-sector collaboration, and a commitment to creating durable value—financially, operationally, and across generations.
